This blog is for you if you have a planner but are not yet using it. Let’s take a look at the benefits of keeping a planner.
You can be creative.
When most people think about planners, they think of the organised aspect. Not many people also realise that they can use it as a creative outlet. Each page can be creatively designed by you and you can reap the creative benefits. Take a look at some examples below –

I Love My Planner
You will be more organised and productive.
Having a planner helps you to prioritise your to-do’s. Writing a list not only helps you remember what you have to do throughout the day (which helps you stay organised) but it also helps you prioritise what is important and what can wait. This will help you be more productive with your time instead of being stuck on small tasks. Writing things down on paper also helps me to focus on the task at hand. If I use my phone I start to get distracted and end up on instagram for hours.
You will see your priorities (to-do’s) clearly.
The great thing about laying out your to-do list and tasks clearly is that at a glance you can see them all. If they are stuck in your head, you will definitely loose some along the way. You could add them into your phone or digital calendar but if you are not somewhere that has wifi you might not have access to your to-do’s.
I also think that ticking off your to-do’s is the best feeling ever so paper planners always win for me.
You will track patterns which will lead to overall improvement.
Planners normally come with trackers that you can use for nearly anything. Maybe you would like to track the total glasses of water you drink in a week. Being able to track a habit like this allows you to look back and see which day’s were the best and which were the worst. This will help you improve your overall lifestyle because it makes forming healthy habits easier.
Lower your stress levels.
Getting tasks done, takes them off your plate which will make you less stressed. If you get your to-do’s done, you can focus on things that help you to relax and enjoy other leisure activities. If you would like to lower your stress levels, invest in a planner and use it.
